He successfully exited five businesses as CMO of HotJobs, Vonage, Kayak, BlueCava, and Forensiq. He is a BrandWeek Marketer of the Year and an EFFIE award winner for advertising effectiveness. Dean Founded and ran a full-service ad agency in NYC whose clients included Coke, Citi, Sotheby’s, Nestle’s M&M Mars, J&J.
